COD Remittance Policy
How Cash on Delivery amounts collected from your customers reach you.
Last updated: 14 October 2026
1. Collection
For COD shipments, the courier partner collects the COD amount you set from your customer at delivery. Only amounts for shipments marked “Delivered” are payable to you.
2. Remittance cycle
We remit COD to you in regular cycles once the courier has settled the amount with us, as shown in COD Remittance in your dashboard (typically on a weekly cycle). Each payout lists the AWBs included and the bank transfer reference (UTR).
3. Where it is paid
COD is paid to the bank account verified in your Settings, or to your wallet if you choose that option. Bank payouts require completed KYC and a cancelled cheque / bank proof.
4. Deductions
We may deduct from COD remittances any amounts you owe us, including negative wallet balance, weight adjustments, RTO charges and other dues, with details shown in your ledger.
5. Holds
Remittances may be held for shipments under dispute, suspected fraud, incomplete KYC, or where the courier has not yet settled the amount. We will tell you why a payout is held.
6. Discrepancies
Report any missing or short COD within 30 days of the delivery date by raising a ticket with the AWB numbers.
