Last updated: 14 October 2026
1. Who we are
Pincode Express is a brand of Sai Courier and Cargo, a proprietorship of Satish Deokisan Mundada. Registered office: 01, Ganga Apartment, Ashok Stambh, Behind Rungtha School, Nashik, Maharashtra 422001. GSTIN 27ABTPM0273F2ZG, PAN ABTPM0273F. In these terms, “Pincode Express”, “we”, “us” and “our” mean Sai Courier and Cargo (proprietor Satish Deokisan Mundada, GSTIN 27ABTPM0273F2ZG); “you” and “merchant” mean the person or business that registers an account.
Pincode Express is a technology platform and logistics aggregator. We let you compare and book shipments with third-party courier partners (such as Delhivery, Xpressbees and Ekart), print labels, track parcels and manage payments. The physical pickup, transport and delivery of parcels is performed by the courier partner you choose.
2. Accepting these terms
By creating an account, recharging your wallet or booking a shipment you agree to these Terms and to the policies linked from them: Privacy, Wallet & Recharge, Refund & Cancellation, Shipping & Delivery, COD Remittance, Prohibited Items, Claims & Disputes and KYC. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
3. Your account
- You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a contract in India.
- You must give true, complete details (name, business, GSTIN where applicable, address, bank account) and keep them up to date.
- You are responsible for everything done using your login, API keys and connected stores. Keep your password and API keys secret and tell us at once if you suspect misuse.
- We may ask you to complete KYC before you can ship, receive COD payouts or recharge above certain limits.
4. Booking shipments
- You must declare the correct contents, weight, dimensions, value, payment mode and the full delivery address. The price shown at booking is based on what you declare.
- The shipping charge is deducted from your prepaid wallet when you book. Charges are inclusive of applicable GST unless stated otherwise.
- You must pack parcels securely, attach the correct label and hand them over only to the assigned courier.
- You must not ship anything on our Prohibited Items list or anything illegal to send.
- Couriers may re-weigh parcels. If the actual or volumetric weight is higher than declared, the difference is charged to your wallet (see Claims, Weight & Disputes).
- Return-to-origin (RTO) shipments are charged as per the rates shown on your rate card or as notified to you.
5. Pricing, invoices and taxes
- Your current prices are shown on the Rate Card and Rate Calculator in your dashboard. We may change prices with notice in the dashboard; changes apply to shipments booked afterwards.
- We issue GST tax invoices for shipping charges as per your billing settings (one invoice per booking or one per month), and a receipt for every wallet recharge.
- You are responsible for your own taxes on the goods you sell. Add your GSTIN in Settings to claim input tax credit.
6. Cash on Delivery (COD)
For COD shipments the courier collects the amount from your customer. We remit COD amounts to you as described in our COD Remittance Policy, after deducting any amounts you owe us.
7. Acceptable use
- Do not misuse the platform: no fake bookings, false declarations, attempts to avoid charges, scraping, reverse engineering, or interfering with security.
- Do not use the platform for fraud, money laundering, or any activity that breaks Indian law.
- API access is for your own business integrations and must respect reasonable rate limits.
8. Liability
Transport is performed by courier partners under their own terms. Our liability for any shipment (loss, damage, delay or otherwise) is limited as set out in the Claims, Weight & Disputes policy, and in no case exceeds the compensation actually received from the courier partner for that shipment.
We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses (loss of profit, business or goodwill), for delays caused by events beyond reasonable control (natural disasters, strikes, government action, network outages), or for losses arising from incorrect information you provided.
The platform is provided “as is”. We work to keep it available and accurate but do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free; courier rates and delivery estimates come from courier partners and may change.
9. Suspension and termination
You can close your account at any time by contacting support; your wallet balance is handled as per the Wallet & Recharge Policy. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms, owe money, fail KYC, or are involved in fraud or illegal shipments, and may hold COD and wallet amounts while we investigate or recover dues.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The “last updated” date at the top shows the current version; significant changes will be notified in your dashboard or by email. Using the platform after a change means you accept it.
11. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Please first raise any issue through our Grievance Redressal process. Any dispute not resolved there is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Nashik, Maharashtra.
