Shipping & Delivery Policy
How pickups, deliveries, timelines and returns work.
Last updated: 14 October 2026
1. Our role
Pincode Express books shipments with courier partners on your behalf. Pickup, line-haul and delivery are carried out by the courier partner shown on your booking, under that courier’s operating terms.
2. Service area
We ship to serviceable pincodes across India (and to other countries where an international courier is enabled on your account). Serviceability and prices are shown before you book; some remote, North-East, J&K and island pincodes may take longer or cost more.
3. Pickup
Pickups are made from the pickup address you choose, usually within 24–48 hours of booking on working days. Parcels must be packed, labelled and ready. Missed pickups due to a closed premises or unready parcels may be rescheduled.
4. Delivery timelines
Estimated delivery times shown at booking (for example 2–7 days) are estimates from courier partners, not guarantees. Delays can happen due to weather, festivals, strikes, regulatory checks, incorrect addresses or the receiver being unavailable.
5. Tracking
Every shipment gets an AWB number. You and your customers can track it on our tracking page; status is updated from the courier regularly.
6. Failed delivery (NDR) and returns (RTO)
If delivery fails (customer unavailable, refused, wrong address), the courier usually re-attempts. You can request a re-attempt from your dashboard. If delivery still fails, the parcel is returned to your pickup address (RTO) and RTO charges apply as per your rate card.
7. Packaging and declarations
You are responsible for strong, suitable packaging and for accurate declarations of contents, value, weight and dimensions. Couriers may refuse, hold or return parcels that are badly packed, mis-declared or contain prohibited items.
