KYC Policy
Why we verify merchants and which documents we need.
Last updated: 14 October 2026
1. Why KYC is required
To prevent fraud and illegal shipments, meet the requirements of our courier and banking partners, and pay COD to the right person, every merchant must complete Know Your Customer (KYC) verification.
2. Documents
- Required: PAN card (business or proprietor), address proof (Aadhaar, utility bill, rent agreement or trade licence), cancelled cheque or bank proof.
- If applicable: GST registration certificate, business registration (Udyam, shop act, incorporation certificate).
- Upload clear, complete copies as PDF, JPG, PNG or WEBP (up to 5 MB each) from Settings → KYC verification.
3. Verification
Our team reviews documents manually, usually within one working day. Each document is approved or rejected with a reason; you can upload corrected copies. Your account is marked “KYC verified” when all required documents are approved.
4. Until KYC is complete
We may limit bookings, recharges, COD payouts or other features until KYC is verified, and may ask for documents again if your details change or if we see unusual activity.
5. How documents are protected
KYC documents are stored privately on our servers, are never public, and can be opened only by you and our authorised verification staff. They are used only for verification and legal compliance, as described in our Privacy Policy.
