Prohibited & Restricted Items

Never ship

• Cash, currency, coins, cheques, demand drafts, bearer instruments, lottery tickets, credit/debit cards.
• Gold, silver, precious metals and stones, jewellery (unless your account is specifically enabled for it).
• Narcotics, drugs and psychotropic substances; prescription medicines without valid documents.
• Firearms, ammunition, explosives, fireworks, weapons and their parts, replicas.
• Flammable, corrosive, toxic, radioactive or other hazardous materials (petrol, gas cylinders, acids, aerosols, lithium batteries shipped loose).
• Live animals, plants and seeds restricted by law, animal parts, ivory and wildlife products.
• Perishable food that can spoil in transit; alcohol and tobacco where prohibited.
• Counterfeit, pirated or stolen goods; pornographic or obscene material; anything banned under Indian law.

Restricted (allowed only with documents / approval)

Electronics with batteries, liquids, medicines, high-value goods, and items needing e-way bills or invoices above legal thresholds may need extra documents or may be carried only by certain couriers or services. Check with support before booking.

Your responsibility

You are fully responsible for what you ship. If a prohibited item is found, the shipment may be seized, returned or destroyed, charges are not refunded, and you are liable for any penalties, damage or legal action. We may suspend accounts that ship prohibited items and report them to authorities.
